the beginning

Welcome to Kan Zen In!

We know from our own experience that every beginning is difficult. For this reason, the Kan Zen In Dojo regularly offers introductory courses.

The Monday training is specifically designed for beginners and to impart basic knowledge. Individual support is one of our top principles, in keeping with the teacher-student relationship.

Comfortable clothes (sweatpants and a T-shirt) are enough to start with. We practice barefoot, so we wash our feet before training begins. If you have them, bring Zoris (Japanese slippers, flip-flops or similar) with you, as you take off your street shoes in the anteroom to the dojo.

You can start at any time. We offer interested parties a free trial training session. It is ideal if you register in advance by email.
